Welcome to the Check-Up Basketball app, provided by Check-Up Sports Inc. By accessing or using our app, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our app.

You agree to indemnify and hold Check-Up Sports Inc., its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees harmless from any claim, demand, damages, or losses, including reasonable attorney’s fees, arising out of your use of the app, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any rights of another.

We may terminate or suspend your access to the app immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you breach any of these Terms and Conditions. Upon termination, your right to use the app will cease immediately.
